Charmian has a Cordon Bleu Diploma, a WSET Diploma of Wine and a degree in Hotel and Catering Management. Her food is mainly classic Cordon Bleu, with influences from Europe and Asia Pacific cuisines. Charmian will create a menu to suit your event, whether it is a dinner at home for a few friends, or a Wedding feast! All her food is made from scratch using the best available ingredients. Menus include an extensive canape list, small bowls, stand up hot or cold buffet, sit down lunch and dinner, picnics, childrens party food, afternoon tea, breakfast and brunch. She will also make cakes for any occasion.
Charmian will meet with you in your home or at your party venue to discuss your plans, then will put togther a detailed quote complete with specially designed menus for you to make your choice. She will organise everything that you need to make your party run smoothly including all glass and crockery hire, drinks if required, and all waiting staff.
