The inspiration of the cuisine in all the classes comes from an appreciation of the French regions with taking each season into account.

We partnered with Sandra from Chateau Cuisine recently by organising and cooking for a Fund Raising dinner for a local Rotary group. She and her staff were professional and thorough.
