This wedding/ reception venue is quite lovely although it is a bit of a drive to get there. It is attractive, inside and out, with a large outdoor pergola area and a cute little chapel. And the staff are friendly and helpful. ANd with its natural parkland setting, you can take many a photo without any buildings or structures in the way. Worth a visit.
We had our wedding at Chateau Wyuna in March 2011, and it was an amazing venue. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful from the first time we visited, and made our big day so special. As an 'all inclusive' venue, everything was arranged for us and there were no hidden costs, which was great for the stress levels! On the day, everything went so smoothly, and all of our friends and family genuinely commented that it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to. The food at the reception was delicious, which was a relief as we did not get the opportunity to taste our menu selections prior to the wedding. The grounds are so huge (over 6 acres), so there are many lovely spots to get your photos taken. You also have the choice of your ceremony being held in the chapel, in front of the waterfall, or under the pergola.
