I cannot speak highly enough of Terry. I had a problem with my gaming laptop that not even the manufacturer could fix. I was working in Sydney for 2 weeks so thought I’d give it a shot to find someone local to Chatswood to try to fix it while I was at work. I found Terry and this turned out to be a great decision. His effort and communication was second to non with this issue. He fixed my computer and has since given me follow up support for other issues through a remote viewer. I will be using Terry for any computer problems that aren’t hardware related from now on. Even from Perth. The guy is a legend!!
My husband and I recommend Terry with a million bells and whistles. He is just fabulous, helpful, caring, unbelievably smart and just brilliant at what he does. As a somewhat older lass who is not all that clever with computers he honestly is a lifesaver. To know he is at the end of a phone is just wonderful. I am a fundraiser for cancer research and without Terry being at the end of a phone (or email) I'd be stuck so often as computers are just a total mystery to me. We were recommended to Terry and I thoroughly recommend him to you. Take my word for it he is brilliant., wish i had his brain it would be such a help!!!!!!!! ha ha ha!!!! The ony thing with my brain is that it stores lots of recipes such as chocolate cake, scones to die for, soups, slices, casseroles, bread and butter puddings, and so on. Not as smart as a computer guy, but we all have our specialities. Thanks Terry, honestly you are just a lifesaver for Wayne and myself.
