A highlight of the evening was the Napoli Tagliatelle. With a bold and rich tomato base, the slight sourness of the Napoli sauce was incredibly appetising and refreshing. Without being overloaded with cheese, this lightly flavoured dish was served with perfectly cooked Tagliatelle, which was served al dente. With a light basil aroma permeating throughout and perfectly accompanying the tomato base, this dish was a crowd favourite.
While none of the dishes were remarkable per se, it was most definitely enjoyable and tasty indeed. Made with fresh, wholesome ingredients, both the pizzas and pastas here offers a taste of authenticity with modern twists thrown in.
