Cheapest Load of Rubbish

Thoroughly recommend CLoR. They turned up when they said they would, were reasonably priced and did the job promptly. Have used them twice now - 2 truckloads of old decking boards and joists plus clearing out a house full of junk. Will certainly use them again.

I had to get rid of an old washing machine, so my landlord arranged for CLoR for pick up. They called ahead of time to see what time was suitable. We set a day and agreed on noon. They called around noon to say they would be here in 30min, which I think is very reasonable.

The machine was difficult to lift out of the spot, up over a sink, and maneuver out of a narrow bathroom. I'm also on the second floor, 4 flights of stairs, which was specified through my landlord. Not an easy job with something so heavy.

The movers even asked how I was planning to get my new one in, and offered to help! All in all, this was very smooth and "as good as it gets", 5 stars.

Beware of using this company! What they say over the phone is very different to what happens when they are arrive. In fact - depending on who you speak to their story changes each time. I was quoted in cubic sqm over the phone, then told it would be by load by the driver and then when I complained that so little was taken was told by the management it is by weight. Then when spoke to one of the phone staffs the next day was told it was by cubic sqm. What? I was even asked by the driver what I was willing to pay when I started to question what they were telling me.

When I received the EFTPOS receipt they didn't have the decency to get my name correct after many phone and email conversations about the way they treated me as a customer - a very unprofessional outfit putting it kindly. Be careful!

We bought our house recently and have had a lot of work to do cleaning out the backyard. We have used the CLOR guys three times now to pick up the resulting piles of rubbish, including heavy materials (pavers, rubble etc) and once, by accident, some really disgusting organic matter that had got stinky because we left it for too long. Every time they came same day, worked hard and quickly (even in the face of the stink), and cleaned up as they left. Fantastic service - thank you.
