I ordered some flowers to be delivered for my mother's birthday. Not only were the flowers delivered on the wrong day, they were delivered in the wrong week! The accompanying balloon was meant to say "Happy Birthday", it did not. The flowers were meant to be pink/red lilies - they were yellow. The order was completely wrong in every way possible.
To top things off the florist called my mother's phone number to discuss the situation. It was meant to be a surprise for her, she was not meant to involved in the complaints process. The florist then suggested they would come and take the delivered flowers away!
I asked for them to resend flowers on the correct day. More WRONG colour cheap lilies, this time not even in a box. Completely unacceptable.
Will never use this florist again. Disgusting service.
