Went for a cut, foils and a treatment. From straight up I wasnt made feel very welcome. For the 3 hours I was there I think I had 5 words uttered to me. The foils were very average and they didn't really seem to know what they were doing. My "treatment" was some shampoo While rinsing out the foils. At no time was any conditioner put on so when I got home I actually had to wash my hair again because it was just frizz. The hair cut looked like I had got a bowl put on my head and they cut around it. Now I know why I dont try new places.
I booked in for a 3:45pm threading appointment. I turned up on the day at 3:40 and was asked to sit and wait. Two more people arrived for a package deal with 4pm appointments. At 4:15pm the 2 other people we're seen. I explained that I had a 3:45pm appt. I was told to wait 2 more minutes. There was no apology. After waiting another 5 minutes and 45 minutes in total, I left without being seen. It was not enjoyable wasting nearly an hour of my Saturday sitting in a stuffy salon watching a dvd. I would not recommend this salon as they obviously need to work on their customer service and time management skills.
I always look forward to my visits to this fabulous salon. You are always greeted with a friendly smile and and it is wonderful to relax in a candle scented room while you wait to be pampered.A beautiful facial -what a treat,the products beauty therapist used were lovely,but also,the common sense beauty regime therapist suggested.I highly recommend this great salon to everybody and you will be wanting to come back again and again:)
