I was really excited to give these guys a go, but after 1 order, I can't see how this company will survive for much longer. Weird, convoluted website (all seems fine at first, but try placing an order and see how deep the rabbit hole goes...) and atrocious service.
First order inexplicably arrived at 10pm on a Sunday. I told the driver that besides it being inappropriate to deliver at 10pm on a Sunday, I didn't want anything that had been sitting in a truck that long on a 30 degree day and told him to return it. Emailed to let them know why I was returning it and how I felt felt about receiving a 10pm delivery (not a fan).
