Chef's Dynasty

I've been three times now for the All You can Eat Yum Cha buffet, the menu is the same with a selection of meat, vegetarian and seafood dumplings, steamed veg, pork ribs, authentic dishes (chicken feet, tripe), softshell crab, fried items (spring rolls, sesame proawn toast, wontons etc) and it's always very satisfying. Being long weekend there was a bit of a wait tonight of about 10-15mins between dishes and an inconsistent flow of trolleys circling the large area of about 250 people. In the end we had dishes made to order which was good and bad after parts of our order got lost and were accidentally served to another table further extending the wait.

it's a fairly new yum cha setup and it was busier than usual. the only time out of the four I've been the past month where I've been disappointed as the staff were very acknowledging which makes a big difference. Will still definitely be back, it's too good a deal!

Originally lured in by the $35 all you eat yum cha (which I learned later) is only available from 5pm. It's a great and varied selection. The staff in the morning quite friendlier than expecting and it's a large space that caters to big groups and functions. Worth a try as Chinese and Yum Cha are rare finds out this way....
