Ok food but ensure take away order is complete, as paying for an item and not receiving it is annoying. Additionally when I went into shop to advise part of order was missing, owner simply wanted to be complaintive. Lost a customer definitely. Also quite expensive, particularly paying for item left off order
Unbelievably rude.
The concept of the store is great, love the 'free range' charcoal chicken, but the customer service is completely unacceptable.
I utterly refuse to return there after receiving shocking customer service on two accounts. I am pregnant and have been advised to only eat fresh piping hot chicken - on requesting one from the spit (which were coming off anyway), I was scoffed at, told that it wasn't possible and when I explained the situation, it was relayed in a loud voice to all all other staff in an incredibly embarrassing manner.
Will never ever return and have advised all friends and family to do the same.
that also happened to me. i asked for half a chicken,they tryed to give me two quaters which were burnt and both wing sides. i asked them to cut one fresh and they kept repeting `one quater plus one quater equals half`in a rude manner.they had no veggies or potato bake left and very limited chicken at dinner time?after arguing i finially got them to cut me a fresh chicken half.once my chips were ready i was told it was a further 10-15 mins untill my tub of gravey would be ready. i asked for a refund on the gravey as i had no time to wait and was refused. finally got my order stone cold. would never go back. food wasnt even nice after all this
