My husband needed his lock at changed at his office, he spoke to the locksmoth over the phone and was given a quote for this, he was told that if he brings the lock in himself it would be cheaper. My husband had no idea how to do this but the locksmith told him over the phone step by step how to do it, which is what we did and saved ourselves money. Only $24 to have the lock rekeyed and 4 new keys done. Took less than 10 mins to have it all done. Very Very helpful and fantastic customer service.
Had an emergency early in the morning. Deadlock not working. Rang Chelsea Locksmiths, they gave me a time between 2-4pm and advised that if an earlier time became available they would fit me in and also advised me of the costs involved. Got a call at 10.30 am to let me know that a space became available at 11.45am and the locksmith would be at my place in 15minutes. He arrived punctually. Was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Explained to me what the problem was, what needed fixing and how much it would cost me. My security door lock was also playing up, so he fixed that as well. All in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this service.
