If ZERO starts were available I would rate it, as they gave ZERO interest when my wife came with a gash on her head and blood. She was turned away as they "don't take any new patients" and given a 3 hour wait when she pressed to see a doctor. With no other medical centre around she had to go to the pharmacy next door to get treated.
