I called chemdry to arrange for my mattress to be cleaned on calling the company they advised drying time was between 2-3hrs which I thought was great.
My appt was for 3pm when a staff finally turned up at 4pm an hr late the staff advised I would not be able to sleep on it that night as it was 5pm and advised best to let it air over night. Why wasn't I told this when I phoned this morning?? Why would they book it in for a time that will not dry in time for it to be slept on. It's now the next day my mattress is still damp and I'm hoping I will have it dried by the end of the day I rang the company and they weren't helpful at all didn't care basically said it is what it is.
At the end of the day they shouldn't make promises they can't keep!!! Their 2hrs -3hrs is very different to my 2hrs I think now being 16.5hrs later with still a wet matress.
Not happy and cannot recommend.
