Chemist Warehouse Melbourne

Great customer service! The staff member helped us for over 15minutes in trying to find the right perfume. He was patient, and very helpful. He did not rush, and I really really appreciated that.

I recently discovered this Chemist Warehouse located in Bourke street mall. I often have gone to the Priceline which is very close to it but now there is one more option, which it is very good. I find that it is a little bit difficult to find this new Chemist Warehouse and probably they need a bit more signage for ease of location. If you see their small signs, then you need to go upstairs (It seems to be sharing the entrance to offices or other business). Inside, its the same deal as other pharmacies from the same company, but maybe a little bit smaller in size, compared to the ones in the suburbs, that usually have a large building only to themselves. Being in the city, I have found that going during lunch time, the prescription counter was very busy, so I now go early in the morning or after the lunch rush, however, if you are after something that doesnt need prescription, like vitamins, soap or similar, it should be OK.
