I went to buy the Morning After Pill here, and not only it took 45 minutes to get - the man who gave it to me had to take my drivers lisence - which according to other friends never happens and is not relevant when buying this product. I asked the man working there why he needed my license and he did not explain why and just said he needed my adress. Don't bother coming here - slow service and unhelpful staff.
I went to get the same for my girlfriend and they refused to help me after keeping me waiting for 45mins
I only come here to buy the cheap perfumes that you'd pay double for at Myers or David Jones. For everything else, their prices are average. They aren't that cheap anymore compared to the other pharmacies in the area. I used to come here when I was going to the doctors next door but
after being spoken to by an arrogant young pharmacist who treated me like I was an idiot when I asked her a simple question regarding my tablets, I will never come back again!
The shop staff do not care about you and do not even know what you are talking about when you ask them for advice. Very poor service.
This is probably the closest Chemist Warehouse in my local area. Although in saying that, they appear to be in almost every suburb these days or purchasing over existing pharmacy. I like the variety of stock they have, and you cant seem to pass those hot pink and yellow ticket items that appears to be on every single item. I often find myself here purchasing the prescription medication and wondering around to see what they have on special while waiting for the medicine. Its hard not to walk out of these stores empty handed and not purchase something, as appears there is always something required. Service here has been great each time, havent had any issue. I made a purchase once on an product that couldnt be refunded given the box had been opened, however after several conversations with the manager at the store he was reasonable enough to provide a credit note, which was fair enough.
Agreed with Jesselee, great for all your beauty products by range and by price. Their selection of vitamins and supplements is also very impressive and staff are actually trained to help you with natural remedies unlike most other pharmacies.
They have also started stocking pet items such as frontline for fleas which is handy especially for the vast elderly community in the area, it means they can do all their medicinal shopping in one spot. The only disapointment for me in this regard was the price, my local Big W and local vet are still cheaper for this but I suppose some don't mind paying for convenience.
