Worst service I have ever come across. Rude staff, pathetic service.

Pharmacist and staff were extremely polite and helpful (actual customer on 18/11/2018)

It is a convenient location and the prices are lower than other chemists but that is where the positives end. The staff aren't overly friendly, but the place is so busy and cramped, maybe they just don't have the time or space to provide good customer service.

Staff are always quick to judge, BEWARE!..
staff don't know what they are talking about, and don't know how to refer products. Very inexperienced.

Worst service I have ever come across. I couldn't believe how rude the staff behind the counter was when I took my item up to pay. Staff continued conversation with the boy at the door, calling out plans for the weekend and swearing loudly. Staff held out for the payment and never made eye contact with me once. Might as well be served by a robot. Disgusting service.
