Chemist Warehouse

Claustrophobic. Ailsles too close. People waiting for scripts clog up the asiles. Alarm at entry door goes off when you walk past with a product to get to the other end of the store. Needs a refit. Put checkouts at door exit like the supermarkets do.
Please company start click and collect. A security guard could man the collection counter outside the door where he is doing nothing anyway. The parcels,wouldn't be that big.

I am a visitor from the country and like to stock uo when visiting each month.hate this branch.

This place is terrible! I love chemist warehouse but the security guards breathe down your neck and literally chase you down. I couldnt even look at what i wanted..

Firstly, the wait for picking up a prescription was just too long. I waited 15 minutes, which is a lot longer than the wait at other chemist warehouses. Also the isles are very narrow and can only fit one trolley.

SECONDLY - The security/staff are unprofessional. I had placed my big university chemistry textbook at the counter when I was paying for my purchases, and unfortunately forgot to pick it up when I left. A few minutes after leaving the store I had returned to the store to get it back. I approached the security staff at the store who was standing right near the counter I had left the textbook at. This shop is almost always busy. Shelves are installed closely which makes browsing or passing thru almost impossible. Besides that, this chemist has virtually everything I need at good prices.

Perfumes especially are fabulous when they're discounted.

We had the misfortune of dealing with this store today. I attempted to purchase a product advertised as a sale item but was charged a higher one at checkout. When challenged with the advertising the "Manager" became obnoxious, defensive and rude. Instead of honouring the advertised price, he called on Security to 'escort' my husband I out of the store!!

We were regular customers (mature-age professionals), but will now vote with our feet and report this obnoxious 'Manager' to the Australian Consumer and Competition Commission. Take our advice and take your business elsewhere. So much for 'true local'!!!!
