Disgusted in the service. 3 times I have visited, thinking It must of been the person I've dealt with on each occasion. Rude, abrupt, impatient.
The final straw was when I was desperate for dairy free formula for my baby -Ballarat which is where we live have none, not in any chemist. I phoned this store asking if they had some, yes they did, they were holding it at the front for us, they knew we were desperate and travelling from Ballarat we would be cutting it fine in arriving by 5pm closing time. We phoned twice along the way keeping them posted as to our eta and when we arrived it was 5.02pm they refused to let us enter. We reminded them calmly of our dilemma and still the answer was no! We were shattered! Done and dusted, not having anything to do with that store any more.
