Terrible customer service by Alice after spending almost $1000 at shops (by the way I am not a reseller but a pure user for all products). She was just pure rude esp when I told her many times that signature machine didn’t register my finger signature and she kept treating me like an idiot of on how to use the machine. That click and collect is completely waste of time. Will not shop there again.
AUSTRALIA'S RUDEST CHEMIST STORE! This store needs to revisit how it treats its customers. I suggest Basic Customer Service 101 would help.
I have been a regular customer since it opened in Glen Waverley, but no more! Not only that, I will discourage relatives and friends from ever going to that store. I went to buy prescription medicine as well as some tablets to control my cholesterol levels today. Here’s how it went.
Bad customer experience #1: After showing me where the tablets were located, I sought confirmation from the staff member that the GW store would price match the lowest offer. She said yes but not online offers, which I already knew. I showed her the offer on my mobile phone. It was a price difference of $5. She said she’d never heard of that chemist. Worst place to shop. Got accused of tampering a pack and told a complete lie of opening and applying a sunscreen from a new pack while I used a tester sample. That too in front of all customers. And to top it, the sales girl wasn't ready to apologise when showed her the seal proof new pack that I was accused of opening. This is the worst experience I have had in any store in Australia. Recommend you avoid it or don't touch anything while buying.
If you like waiting a long time for your prescriptions, then you're in for a real treat. I think I've waited over 40 minutes. And if you want something like Phenergen, you get the third degree. The staff who walk around the aisles are usually very helpful and friendly, and will go out of their way to explain products or find something for you. But go elsewhere for scripts.
Very true, rude staff! Would never go back to CW glen waverley for sure, i just happen to be in the area and went to this store only finding the staff's worst service. Stay away and spend extra time to travel to other CW if you have to, or visit other chemist. Not recommended at all.
