The main reason I used to shop here was because of the low prices and because they apparently "beat everyone's prices". After one staff member tells me they price match, another has no clue and calls someone who says i need to show them the catalogue. After showing them the catalogue they still don't accept it and want me to find their number. The store was closed so they couldn't give me the price match.
They beat EVERYONE'S prices? you have lost a sale and a customer over a few extra dollars profit.
Other than that, the whole store is more like an Asian grocery store with hardly enough room for multiple people to walk down the same aisle, yet again showing very little consideration for customers.
