Chemist Warehouse

I am just appalled by this place. Will never be back. They have never heard of customer service and treat their customers like s**t. I was served by a "pharmacist" who didn't know what they were talking about. Good luck finding anyone who can give you some product-related advise as all the pharmacists seem to be busy talking to themselves most of the time. There is only one person in the dispensary who seems to be equipped to provide you some information if you are lucky enough to approach that person directly.. I suspect that could be the management there. The other 'pharmacist' can barely open their mouth and greet you as most of the time they are busy standing in the dispensary and looking directly at you with no expression on the face whatsoever. Horrible. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Service lacks a little but otherwise overall quite good

This is a big store which is great, lots of products, it can be hard to find what you are looking for but most of the staff are friendly and more than happy to help. It is out of the way so not always the most convenient place to go but overall a great place to shop
