Chemist Warehouse

Everything was fine except for the girl who served me at the checkout. She threw the automatic line 'How are you today' while scanning the products. Ok. Asked if I wanted to donate to some sort of charity. I said 'No, thank you' polite. So after I tapped my credit card, she put everything in the plastic bag and literally threw it to me. Receipt said your name is INDU. If you're reading this, shame on you. :)

It was only a matter of time before I had a run-in with one of their security guards, they always stare at you like you've done something wrong, tthey assume everyone is a shoplifter. Today I knocked over some toothpaste on the way out, the guard would not let me leave until I picked it all up again, he said I'd "damaged" the store's goods. He pushed me and poked me in the chest and blocked my exit, saying he would not let leave until I'd picked it all up or else he would call the police. Yes that's correct, he threatened to call the police over some toothpaste that got knocked onto the floor!
I caved in and picked it up in front of othjer shoppers on my hands and knees utterly humiliated. I will not be going into Chemist Warehouse again.

The staff are so rude. After wanting to buy purfume I picked up two bottles and went to pay. Then the staff member said excuse me don't touch the purfume I said oh sorry then they said you touched the display item I said sorry again ill put it back then they said gosh see now you have messed it all up I said sorry but you bring rude. After speaking to the management, also blamed me.

Today 12:00pm in the shop locate at hurstville forest road discount warehouse, I asked the security guard is that ok to leave my shopping bag next to the register as u all know they check everything even wanting to check your pocket if possible.

Guess what! My shopping bags was lost when I pay my prescription and the security guard turn around said:" that's your responsibility to keep eyes on the stuff You bring in!" And the management in store even don't want to see me and I even need to walk whole way to the back of the store to approach them! This place is so cheap, they have a huge range of stock and I always find something to buy. I haven't bought their perfumes before but they are always on sale and a lot cheaper than the department stores. I like to buy my natio beauty products here. There is always a queue at the counters but you don't have to wait long to be served.
