Dreadful experiance. I went to the cHemist to get sudafed 60mg. This medication is available over the counter. My wife is severely disabled. They refused to supply in contavention of the code of conduct to provide a benifit. Had to get my wife with 6 broken ribs. Still no joy. Went to see a doctor, he was appalled. Another chemist supplied, no script and this chemist was
The most disgusting customer service I have ever received, I have had bad service here before and let it go, but, tonight the staff were so rude, they dont even aknowledge you, they know you are waiting and they will not make eye contact and walk away and start talking and laughing with the other staff, if you can, go to Girrawheen store, the staff there are fantastic.
Although some items are only competitive in price many are much cheaper than elsewhere. One item I use regularly was priced $7.50 here but $19.95 at my previous pharmacy. Prescription items can be up to half price. Because it is so busy you will probably have to wait longer than usual for your prescription to be filled but there's a Subway next door:)
My absolute fave place for low pharmacy prices - . I saved $11 on the same generic medicine sold in other chemists. Everything (cosmetics, hair care, vitamins etc) is cheaper. The large 1L body wash and lotion packs are a bargain.
They will also match the price if you see the same item on sale for less elsewhere. Parking, like the store, can be a bit squeezy, but I always find a spot outside - certainly better than going in a shopping centre.
