Ridiculous wait times.
Never seen anything like it and ive been here a few times just to be sure.
I have a background in pharmacy and know the extended wait times is just a sales tactic to encourage and allow time for the customers to walk throughout the store to purchase additional products.
Highly insensitive if one is ill and requires a single script to be dispensed.
Been here 20 mins.
Clean up your act guys
Waited an hour and 10 mins for couple prescriptions, staff didnt bother to pre warn anyone of long wait, half of the people Waiting in a queue left after half hour, four very uncomfortable chairs for 15 people waiting for their prescriptions, not coming back, plenty of other chemists with better service in the area
WOW....this may be a one stop chemist but by far the worst service at the pharmacy. No one in the store and I waited 25 minutes for a 1 item perscription. If you want toothpaste,shampoo and perfume that's fine but save yourself some time and use another chemist for your perscriptions.....there are plenty in the Melton area!!
