I went to the store today was next in line which the pharmacist asked and i confirmed he asked me to go back at the end of the line and join the queue again and had to wait for all others to be served. Was it because I'm African that's why i was treated that way. Anyway i took all my prescriptions going to a place i will be severed better and professionally
Purchased colgate toothpaste for a price of 2 for $6.Proceed to cashier with my other purchased items. i was told i have $67.94 in total. Paid the said amount through eftpos. While walking through the exit door, i just check the receipt (which normally i don't do checking prices anymore) i just noticed that i was charge for $12.98 for my toothpaste?? So I went back inside to double check just I was wrong! But no, I was right! it was 2 $6!!! So called the attention of one staff who is standing behind the the shielves. She potilely re checked & confirmed that I was charged over price & advise me to get back to the counter to have a refund. The cashier also checked & apologised . She told me that since I paid by eftpos, will get my refund of $6.98 after 24 hrs. I insisted that I want my money back right then since it was not my fault. Overhead from my back from other staff who was VERY VERY RUDE raising her voice saying I have to wait for 24-48hrs before getting a refund!!! ...read more
