Chemist Warehouse

Very very disappointed today with this business.
After calling round last weekend to several locations to get a specific vaccination for a Drs appointment today (Wednesday). They had to order it in so I offered to pick it up Monday after it was in. They specifically stated I didn't need to as they'd happily hold it in their temperature controlled environment so it'd be safe.
An hour before my Drs appointment I came by to pick it up. They'd sold almost all of my order. I then had to call 4 other pharmacies before I could find one who had my most urgent ones in (still short 2 of 6 scripts) as it usually has to be ordered in. Also endorsed up paying more as I had to buy from who had stock.
Very unhappy.

I must admit I'd ignored this chemist for a while as it's in a small shopping centre & from the outside it doesn't look all that big. When you step in the door, however, you'll realise how big it is - long aisles full of all manner of stock. While waiting for a script to be filled, I compared some of their products with things I'd bought just a day earlier, and they were cheaper by 10-20%. Bit late then :-( but at leat I know where to go next time. Perhaps because it doesn't look that big it wasn't busy at all either, and is open til later hours so is quite convenient. I'll be back.
