I was in need of a particular teat for my son and according to the stocklist of these teats chemist warehouse stocks it. I called around to many in which i was unable to get through. When it got to calling through to sunshine my call was answered. The staff over the phone was helpful. She was patient with me to have a look on her system to see if they had any stock. She td me that they did not stock any but she gave me a list of other chemist warehouse that does. This i found really helpful because i didnt have to call to every store and i knew which one to go to get the teats. She also advise that it was clearance stock therefore the rundown is low hence the reason why the sunshine store didnt stock them anymore. So she was really helpful and it saved me heaps of time based on her helpful information. Great service.
Im not particularly loyal to any particular pharmacy; all depends on what Im looking for and who is offering the most competitive price. I find that Chemist Warehouse seem to offer everything, however their large brightly color pink and yellow discount ticketed items are often very misleading. Often indicating savings of price, $7-10+ all depends on particular product, however youll be surprised that in comparison to supermarkets their prices are already reduced without the heavy discounting that CW seem to claim. This store in sunshine has large amounts of footpath sales items, front/backdoor entrance. I came in here to have a look at the baby items they had on sale, no surprises that most items seem to be on sale, however not as competitive to the major supermarkets even with their discounting.
