Chemist Warehouse

I'd only go here for prescriptions if I had lots of time to spare. Both of my recent visits for simple prescriptions took 25 minutes. Only 1 pharmacist, but lots of retail assistants looking rather aimless. It's supposed to be a pharmacy right? Where sick people go to get their medicine. So why keep them waiting unecessarily? Could it be in the hope they'll purchse extra items from the reatil side of the store? Get your priorititeis right - more pharmacists, and get your staff actually doing something useful like perhaps advising customers of the long wait, offering them a chair etc. And, the scripts aren't that cheap either.

I often visit this Windsor chemist warehouse, and as far as Products and stock go, this one is excellent. However every single time I have been in to this store there are a couple of team members who seem to make it their obligation to make you feel like you have absolutely hindered their difficult day of lazily and unenthusiastically greeting people who are providing custom to them! If these middle aged women dislike their role in this store so much, I recommend that they find a more suitable career, since customer service is clearly not for them.

This is an easy to get to store. It is well stocked and the staff seem friendly enough. We stopped in recently to pick up a few items and were in and out with our purchases in less than 5 minutes (on a Saturday) so no issues here. Will happily visit again.

Despicable service. I won't be back EVER.

I had bought some whole foods (chia seeds and LSA) as well as some sleep strips (worked great) and some other sleep spray aid for the throat which I didn't need as the strips worked so well.

I have a love-hate relationship with Chemist Warehouse at the Windsor Homemaker Centre.

Love: low prices, huge range of products, never out of stock of anything, everything is always neatly displayed and all the bright sale stickers make you feel like you're really grabbing a bargain.

Hate: the "automated" entrance gate has been broken for the entire 2 and a half years that I have been frequenting this store which seems a little slack. The staff always seem to be a bit sad, I understand they work long hours, but a little smile goes a long way!

Overall I love the place, I end up scanning the isles and grabbing a lot more than I went there for, but since it's all so heavily discounted it's all good!
