Your assistant and yourself can't do a smile or positive service anymore!!!!!
A very unhappy customer

It would be nice if they can follow up with the customers instead of let them hanging waiting for their order. Happened few times and don't feel good about it. And when voices out your opinion, the staffs have million excuses to pass the blame back to you. Hope they improve their management so they really serve the Robe community as they jinx it.
Missing the previous pharmacist who is so friendly with better management. Beachport is so lucky for sure to have him!
