C-VAP PROCESS - RECYCLING OF PERCHLOROETHYLENE
Chemsal's C-Vap process has been specifically designed to deal with Perchloroethylene wastes most notably from the dry cleaning industry. The C-Vap Process utilises two stage separation systems resulting in a stable recycled product.

HAZPAK 3000 - REUSE OF PAINTS & THINNERS
The HazPak 3000 is a densification system which provides extremely high levels of efficiency in removal of unwanted residues in order to recover recyclable materials such as steel and paint from used paint tins, oil filters, aerosols and gas cylinders. Liquid or gaseous residues are recovered and reused or recycled depending upon the waste stream.

LIGHT GLOBE RECYCLING
The Chemsal lamp recycling system is designed to accept both whole and pre-crushed lamps of all kinds and sizes. Once crushed, the lamp debris is fed into a uniquely designed agitator unit that loosens the mercury bearing phosphor powder, adhering to the glass. The phosphor powder collected is ready for recovery and recycling of the mercury. Meanwhile, remaining debris discharged from the agitator unit is then separated into its glass and metal fractions ready for recycling.
