Awful, bad service, arrogant, no customer services skills. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else!!
Thanks for your review, I had the same experience, don't think he likes females! Asked him to fix my son's car, who has an intellectual disability and he totally ignored my instructions and did his own thing which cost $110 and still did not fix the problem. Now I have to take it somewhere else to reverse what Cherry's did and now cost my son more money. He is so arrogant and had a too bad attitude, I don't care. Best to avoid Cherry's and all the stress that comes with his service!!!!
I have been to Cherry for simple replacement jobs and had great experiences. They are quick to give a quote and quick to carry out the job. They're also a pretty large business, with the means to have a solution for you instead of the usual "yer dunno m8 not sure bout that" attitude.
I was first referred to Cherry from Joch motors, and I think the staff at Cherry treat their referred customers really well.
Got the job done, but took 3.5 hours on a 1 hour job. When related non-electrical work was not done satisfactorily, their response was "I'm not going to mess around with it any more" ie. "bad luck".
End result: things work but don't look like they're put together properly any more :/
