Do not use Cherry Plumbing Service until you get a firm quote with fixed hourly rate, or you will definitely get over-charged. We recently asked them for plumbing service and were told it would be finished in one day. At the end, only part of service was done and we had to pay full hourly rate for 2 'technicians' for whole day. Very dreadful experience. Rude when argument occurred.
This is exactly what happened to me. If I would have read your review comment I wouldn't be using CHERRY PLUMBING SERVICES at all.
After explaining my plumbing needs, they gave me a quote for a day job over the phone but I ended up paying for two day. The quality of service is not good and their response to my feedback was a terrible experience as the management came in with an invoice demanding the money and rushed to rip the toilet away if I won't pay the invoice. I was forced to pay for an additional day that was spent on miscellaneous work that I didn't ask for that.
