Cherrybrook Physiotherapy

The principal physio gave me a 5-star treatment on the first visit explaining my condition and giving her all. On the 2nd visit she was not focused at all talking to customers while doing my physio. The therapy was shorter than the first visit and yet she charged a similar amount. On complaint to the receptionist, the principal physio gave me a dress down saying it's up to her how much treatment she's giving, even admitting there's another procedure she's not done. Bad customer service and arrogant. The same goes to the receiptionst but who can blame her when her boss is doing the same. Definitely won't go back. Would prefer a more expensive physio but with standard procedures in hand!

I found the Physio to be extremely professional. Very knowledgeable and settled my neck pain very quickly. I also liked that they gave me good advice & tips that I could implement at home. Would recommend if you want quality care and straight forward advice to fix your problem!

Last week was good, but this week the attending physio is very grumpy and unfriendly. Not the greatest when dealing with kids. Going back to our regular physio.
