We offer full nanny recruitment service as well as cleaning/housekeeping service, see below our Cherubs & Dust departments.
Our "Dust" Department are a little different to your average run of the mill cleaners. We send the same cleaner each time, and not only do they do the general cleaning each time to a high standard, but they are trained to have an eye for detail and look for other areas to clean, this helps you stay on top of the general and extras moving forward. We can also turn over the washing and change the beds whilst there.

I'm honestly baffled by all the good reviews. After three hours of 'cleaning' by this company, here's what I found: (1) the dirty non-slip mat draped over the edge of the bathtub - underside up - prominently displaying the built-up dust, soap and hair; (2) the dirty toilet and bathroom floor mats sitting directly on top of my freshly cleaned bath towels (which I obviously had to clean again); (3) unswept dirt and leaves along all the skirting boards on the front verandah; (4) leaves and cobwebs completely undisturbed on the back verandah; (5) a powerful, diabolical 'funky feet' smell in my tiny laundry where the cleaner had apparently decided to empty weeks or months of foul-smelling debris from their vacuum cleaner. This straight-from-hell stench soon permeated the entire house; in the end, it took days of active ventilation and scented oil burning to banish. ...read more
Clearly the reviews are there for a reason and reflects the wonderful service our clients receive. Unfortunately for us, we come across some irrational people that live in squalid conditions and expect a make over in 3 hours, as for the stench, this was due to 3 buckets emptied after moping a kitchen floor 3 times.
As for rectifying the situation, we did offer more hours and advised that it would take two full days to even make a dent in the cleaning.
We feel this has been made through our competition to try bring down our good name that we have built up. Its happened before, and now we are left with this negative feedback. Hopefully you can all see through this and try our service and be happy just like EVERYONE else :) As for Mrs Smith, if she put her time to cleaning her own home rather than writing false and misleading statements we would all be better off.
I've had a few cleaners over the last couple of years,none of which came close to the standard of Scott,one of the company's cleaners.I cannot rate them highly enough,I was already very happy each week, to come home to a beautifully clean,fresh smelling house,but now I'm blown awayAfter changing my day due to visitors,I retuned from work to a note saying" I knew you were having guests ,so I made the spare beds for you".......!what on earth!On top of perfectly made beds,was a towel,face washer.....I'm gobsmacked!
