Chester Hill Family Medical Practice

Very old fashioned medical centre! Was so unprofessional even though they tried to be! Had to buy my own dressing subscribed by the doctor I saw! Was not interested in my injury and was more so in a rush! The nurses are inexperienced and know very little about putting on a dressing! ( can do it better myself! )
The place needs a major make over and a change of staff attitude! Will definitely not be returning to this medical centre again!!!

Don't waste your efforts on booking an appointment as you would be required to wait just as long as you would if you just walked in. Their time management with customers is horrible.

I haven't been here for a while, but had to take my mum there recently, although the staff were friendly, they now no longer were the *type* of center where you could just walk in and wait your turn...instead they took appointments, and if you did walk in, the DR would see you when they had time. My mum was in quite a lot of pain and seeing patient after patient go in, those who had appointments but arrived after us she found quite distressing.
