Do not go to this hairdresser!!!!!
I went on a friday night at 5pm, showed the manager a picture of exactly what I wanted and she advised that it could be done. 'It won't look exactly like that but it will be close' is what she said. I said, as long as there is no red or brassy gold tones in the colour, I was comfortable witht this. She then proceeded to put a brown colour in my hair to even out the blonde I had in there already, then started to cut my hair. I asked if she was going to put the blonde in now and she responded no that's not what we discussed, she said she thought she was just toning down what I had already????
