Have only recently had the pleasure of meeting Nick & his wonderful staff at Chevoux but wow, what a pleasure it truly is! So lovely to experience real customer service that elsewhere seems to be almost extinct. From the moment my girls & I walked in we were given a warm welcome. The service very personalised, in such a way that regardless of the numerous customers in the salon we each felt we were the only ones there. The styles! Awesome! Had no idea they could genuinely make me look 10yrs younger & I feel just as wonderful :-) my girls, each stunningly unique & individual without being too over top. Was great to see a boss so dedicated in nurturing the individual talents of his staff while passing on his own knowledge, tips & tricks.

I have been coming to this salon for years and it has just had a very stylish makeover! The staff are still as attentive as always, friendly and listen to your needs. Or if you just need a change, Nick will work his magic and honestly, gave me a whole new confidence I didn't know I could achieve, just with the flick of his scissors! But my favorite little indulgence when I go, if I'm lucky, Nicks Mums shortbread with a coffee! Delicious!

Chevoux is by far one of the best salon experiences I have had to date. Having tried many of the city salons and others within the local area very few compare to Chevoux. The salon is sparkling clean, the products used are high quality (as well as a leading brand) but most importantly the stylists are personable and skilled professionals. Not once have I ever left disappointed or with second thoughts about a change of style or color. The consultation and finished result are faultless as is the exceptional level of customer service.
