I specialise in myofascial release of whole-body patterns. Gently working with the nervous system to help muscles and other soft tissues re-organise for health, balance, co-ordination and freedom of movement.
Every treatment is tailored to you to release any holding or guarding patterns that often form in response to stress, injuries or daily activities. Clients report their sessions are mostly gentle, similar to an osteopathic treatment for soft tissues, their whole body feeling much more light and free since the treatment for some time.
