I would agree with very poor customer service and unfriendly. The massage itself was great but when you go to pay the price changes from what was advertised and booked. I have been going regularly for a few years and they have now lost a good customer because of poor communication skills at the reception. It ended up cost me $31.00 more in the end and they didn't care to lose a customer when customers are getting less there right now. A good massage experience ruined by poor customer service and communication.
Poor customer service and staff. They will say "Can I call you back in 10 minutes" and they have never called me back... ever. I keep chasing them up for something I need for my health care fund and they are refusing to provide it to me and it's taking over 4 months of them still not following through with procedures. They are not efficient with their customer service and I will never go back there again.
