I paid for 30 minutes and received 23 minutes. Woman manager argued with me when I had checked time. Apparently you pay when waiting for them to start and then cut a few minutes. Not worth arguing over small money. Don't visit.

This place is honestly horrible. I asked the reception girl how acupuncture works, and she rudely said ‘too hard to explain, go look it up on google yourself’. I also had a massage where the man left me on the table, without saying the session finished. No hot towel, no mention of session finished. Just up and left

Originally I went in their famous $10 mini back and shoulder massage for 10 mins. It was so relaxing that I roped myself into getting a 90 minute massage for $60 called the "Reflexology "I didn't realise how many knots and stress I had in my body till I was finished! So the Relaxology included a calming rose and herbal scented oil. The beginning was a little painful but I requested it. Then after 5 minutes I fell asleep cause it was so relaxing.
I definitely recommend going here!

Massage was ok.

Customer service was horrible.
I was quoted over the phone and given a different price on arrival.
This was due too charging for oil without giving me the option not to use oil.

Easy fix!
When quoting inform of extra charges eg: oil
Inform it's optional not make out compulsory.

I love this place. Massages are really deep and relaxing. There is huge variation between masseurs... so if you go with a friend and get the same treatment dont expect to receive the same thing! Just make sure you book (even if only a little earlier than when you go) as they are very busy.
