Chief Clean

Warning: this company must be avoided.



We paid $375 for a full clean of our 2 bedroom apartment and discovered that almost none of the cleaning was done. Manangement from Chief Cleaning avoided our phone calls. Had to pay another company to complete the job. We are lodging a report with Fair Trading.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. We hired their ' services' to do end of lease cleaning. However the job was only half completed upon pre inspection. We organised a date to resolve the issues prior to the final inspection. They did not answer the phone nor responded to texts. In the end we had to clean the kitchen, windows and bath room ourselves. Absolute unprofessional. We have launched a complaint with fair trade to get a refund.
