Chilcott's Butchery

The best of the best. I used to live in Concord and considered myself lucky to have such a high quality, friendly butcher. You can depend on Ron to suggest the best meats of the season. I simply have never had a bad cut. I am sure he wouldn't stock anything that was inferior quality. Since moving to the Eastern suburbs, I tried numerous butchers and none were consistently offering the freshness or high quality of Chilcotts.I think their prices are reasonable enough to entice me to drive all the way from Coogee to purchase their meat. It is a false economy to buy inferior meat at low prices and to finish up with lots of fat, gristle and who knows what else on your plate. I will continue to travel to Concord while Ron is at the helm of Chilcotts Butcher.

So good and clean.. My new butcher. Competitive prices and way better quality. A smaller shop with the goods literally. Leaves behind moree meats who claim or have the reputation of being the best and the cheapest. I suppose they're cheaper for a reason and their meat wasn't fresh, faded and tough and I have my steak medium rare.

Great selection of meats. You can call ahead and they will get everything ready for you to pick up. Will even give you cooking tips to get the best results.

If you love good meat you must try Chilcott's, a long established butcher in Concord - Ron and his team are very helpful. Ron makes the best sausages - just ask our 2 young toddlers they won't eat any others! The times we have hosted Christmas lunch or dinner the whole family has been impressed with the pork, turkey, duck and lamb. If you want consistently good meat and service see Ron and the lads at Concord.
