Childs Property Inspections

My Partner and I organised a Building Completion Report from Childs Property Inspections. We inspected the property prior and thought it prudent to get a professional to do the same. As part of our inspection we noted a few items that were broken and defective. The report provided by Childs Property Inspections did not note these. The report largely noted paint splatters on walls and carpets. I asked Childs Property Inspection why the defects were not detected and reported. I was told the boss would call me to discuss. I have called three times and sent three emails – still no response. The boss is never around when I call. On their website it states they have an Inspection Guarantee. The only guarantee this seems to provide is that the work will be carried out by incompetent builders who refuse to return calls or complete the work properly.
I would avoid this organisation.

Conducted a property inspection without consent and charged my Credit Card twice. Neither Gavin or the receptionist will take my call or reply to emails. Check your Credit Card bill!!
