Hi Chillco , We just got back from 4 and a bit days camping and the ice pillows are still very firm and cold and my secret was to place a very thick towel over all the things in the cooler. We only measured 100 mil of water in the cooler on emptying but that was put down to a friend putting a dozen hot beers in it on Saturday night and not replacing the towel unbeknown to me at the time. Great cooler. I will be buying more dry ice packs.
I purchased a 110 ltr cooler and cushion from Chillco Coolers in Victoria on the 24/05/14 and received it on the 28/05/14 I was very pleased with the service and delivery as I live three hours outside Brisbane in a small town. Great work Chillco.Coolers

This online shop, started off well, then it went down hill. Things go wrong, it happens, its the dealing with the issue that matters, right? First issue was the freight company they use, paid express freight to get it from Melbourne to Brisbane, but sat in Sydney for 4 days (got things faster from HK), they would leave at premise even with the form signed. When I got it, it was damaged due to lack of packaging, one layer of bubble wrap, and a fragile sticker. And it was the wrong item..... Their response is that they cannot be held responsible for the service of a freight carrier and that customers are liable for a $35 re-delivery charge if customers are not at home at time of delivery so they are well within their rights to withhold an additional $35 to cover this and they accept no liability for any loss or damage caused during transit. - Great customer service - ...read more
