Chilli Club Thai Kitchen

Chilli Club Narrabeen need to understand recent law changes regarding credit card charges. You can no longer charge excessive credit card fees. I ordered takeaway and it came to$22.50 however was asked to pay $25.00 to cover merchant fees. This is no longer legal and against the agreeement the operator has with credit card companies such as matercard. You cannot refuse a customer if they wish to pay with MasterCard irrespective if you try and maintain a minimum purchase policy. I didn't get to taste the food as a refused to pay the surcharge. I only went there as Nokkaew Thai was close which is my regular and much friendlier.

Food is a little simple and bland, not so traditional, all the sauces seem to taste the same. Too much carrot in everything. BUT very friendly, fast service. I do like the Jungle Curry.

While their food is excellent their service is shocking and I would not recommend them. I have been going there every Saturday night for over a year (only because of the food) and not once have they ever acknowledged me as a regular. They don't smile and you are simply treated as a number/money. When I phone to place an order they don't start cooking my order until I turn up to pick it up. I have started trying to find other local Thai places with better service.

I can go to the pizza shop in Elanora Heights, which I don't go to often, yet they can call me by my name, smile at me and use manners.

Very disappointed in their lack of customer service.

I don't know why people are complaining. I went for lunch today it was amazing. Great food not to busy inside. Iv been coming here for a long time and it's amazing...
