Please ignore the bottom false review for that human has used her personal issues against a professional. I and my family members and friends have been seeing Virginia for the past 20 years with no problems whatsoever. She cares about each and every patient and takes care of their Dental needs with utmost professionalism. I went to a dentist in Penrith when I couldn't get in to see Virginia and they ruined 2 teeth! Virginia has not only fixed the teeth the Penrith dentist ruined she went above and beyond! Don't take your personal issues that have nothing to do with Dental work out on an educated professional. Thank you Virginia for being a true professional in a field full of dodgy money hungry dentist. Don't take notice of humans who love drama. Ty for being you. Ty for caring. Totally unprofessional in her outlook to a distressed customer who had work done in her surgery. Had a 9am appointment still sitting here as I'm not a paying client. Found her rude not willing to listen to the problem changing it to suit herself. beware if u come through Medicare and she asks you to sign the Medicare receipt and doesn't have it filled out and will give it to you after. I'm still waiting for my receipts. She talks about her other clients while you are sitting in their chair which I find totally unprofessional. She needs to learn sometimes the client is right they know there own mouth and face. Go else!
