What a beautiful location for lunch or dinner, we had order the $72 per person banquet which featured 8 dishes, steamed jasmine rice and a dessert platter.
Our favourites from the banquet would be the Pork belly w Chilli Caramel & Nam pla Phrik, the perfectly steamed steamed cone bay barramundi w chilli garlic and mustard greens.
The banquet is a bit pricey, however you are not only paying for the quality food, but the service and the amazing view!
Such a great location for a summer lunch!! You can definitely over induldge at this restaurant. The cocktails and food are outstanding, yummy, delicious, inviting and every other positive word you can think of. The staff are also very lovely. We arrived late to our reservation because of traffic, we had told the restaurant we'd be late but once we arrived, they'd given our table away only minutes before. They'd made a mistake and within 5 minutes we were given our table back, seated right at the front. I can't wait for next summer!

Parking can be hard, depending on time and date.
Worth a visit, but I think servings are a
bit small considering the price...having said that, I still recommend it, especially for a milestone birthday !
My all-time favourite restaurant. I don't tend to revisit restaurants but I've been back to China Doll 3 times! Located on the wharf, the atmosphere is serene, relaxing and ambient. Their modern Asian decor creates a classy vibe and suitable for dates, small groups and functions.
The food is absolutely top notch! I've tried the degustation, expecting super small portions, but they were so generous and full-flavoured - a massive food baby was forming by the end. Their famous pork belly has certainly lived up to its expectations, being the most juicy and succulent I've ever had!
