China Rose Chinese Restaurant

We've ordered from china rose for years, the food has always been delicious and well prepared. Home delivery food has been hot and delivered intact. This is our go to chinese restaurant and will be for the foreseeable future. Keep up the great work china rose ??

As the staff are always rude, I decided to order home delivery. The previous visit to this restaurant the food wasn't that bad nor was it that good, so I thought give them the benefit of the doubt and I ordered take away. When the food arrived the entree spring rolls (lets start with that) were cold and the grease was shining through the white bags, we threw them out. The rest of the food (Curried prawns, braised beef) had split in the delivery / shopping plastic bag and was also cold and was tasteless. I called up and made a complaint (which I don't usually do) I spoke to a management staff who said they would take my number and call me back.... have I received a call.... No. I would not recommend this restaurant, we ended up throwing the entire meal out as we found it inedible and ordered a pizza

Really disappointed! We order a chicken and corn soup- absolutely no taste at all. At the top of the menu on all chicken dishes it states chicken breast. Order the honey chicken and it is chicken thigh. We wouldn't have ordered this if it hadn't of stated breast. The staff behind the counter was rude and chewed gum the entire time. Poor poor! We won't be back!

Ordered in for a function. After driver had left we noticed that there were items missing from our order. I left it as I had guests. The next day, I called to inform them of the error, but the man that I spoke to was rude. He basically told me I was a liar, as he had double checked the order. I was not phoning to get anything from them, just to let them know and this is the attitude I get. Besides this, the food was not up to scratch at all. The rice was clumpy, the chicken bland and the whole meal was looked and was unappetizing. Will NEVER go here again. Even if the food had been out of this world, the bad attitude of the staff member would cause me never to use this restaurant again!!

not so happy, :( microwaved rice was not was i was wanting, tasted plastic so i fed it to my dog, dim sims were also hard so the dog loved it as well, the cashew chicken was the best dish but on the scale of the quality we get from other plases its not something i will be returning to try again, for $35.00 i would have thought freshly cooked would be well earned and paid for, as for eating in we considered that but they have a sign refusing people to take home what you cant eat there and paid for is off putting a bit when 5 meters away they are serving take away. not real sure about a corkage of $2.50 for soft drinks per person, on a rate of ten we would rate this place a two, for speed of service and the fact you got some form of food. very disappointed.
