They lost my bags on the way to my holiday destination. They finally found half way through and surprise surprise they lost them on the way back as well.
Completely uncontactable phone numbers given just ring out. Any email sent is ignored, occasionally one will be replied to in chinglish asking some obscure irrelevant question.
Cheap carrier but it cost you in the long run
Waldo you ever dream of flying to the mysterious East? It's actually North about 9 to 12 hours depending on your destination, beautiful China is so close and China Southern can take you there in one of their A330 300 aircraft.
